Exit and Temporary Exit
You can press Control + Esc or double press Esc at any time to exit Cursor Claw and return to normal mouse control.
Release to Exit
Section titled “Release to Exit”If you entered a cursor mode by holding a shortcut, you can also release the shortcut keys to exit the mode. This allows you to quickly return to normal cursor control without needing to press Esc every time.
For example, if the shortcut is Control + Option + Command + C , you can:
- Hold Control + Option + Command + C to enter the mode.
- Hold at least one key, for example Control , to stay in the mode.
- Then release all keys to exit the mode.
Exit a Mode
Section titled “Exit a Mode”In most modes, you can press Esc to exit the current mode and return to Command Mode. In some other modes, Esc may behave differently, and you may need to double press Esc to exit the mode.
Temporary Exit
Section titled “Temporary Exit”You can temporarily disable Cursor Claw by entering Input Mode, so you can type text normally.
