Cursor Crane brings common mouse and trackpad actions back to your keyboard: targeting, clicking, scrolling, and window switching all become keyboard-driven.
Instead of letting a mouse action interrupt your train of thought, move to the next control, a precise spot on screen, or another window with the same pace and focus you use to type.
Cursor Crane labels clickable elements and navigable windows with hints, so you can type a hint and jump straight to the target instead of slowly steering the cursor there.
That is all.
Mouse Control Mode is your fallback when other modes cannot pinpoint a target: use the keyboard to move the cursor in an intuitive, direct way.
Grid Mode breaks a large area into smaller choices, so each keypress brings the cursor closer to the exact spot.
When your target is text, Find Mode helps you locate it quickly. Type what you can see to narrow down the target you want.
Does your workflow span multiple apps? Element Mode and Scroll Mode can identify targets across multiple windows, so you can complete actions without switching windows first.
Window Mode gives you a quick, consistent way to switch windows, while Adjust Mode lets you freely arrange your window layout.
Want to copy a link you see? Element Menu Mode can reveal an element’s contents, making links and other details easy to identify and copy. There is more to explore, too.
Input Mode gives you keyboard shortcuts for moving, selecting, finding, and editing text. When a field needs a more capable editor, open it through a Text Area Portal, edit it in your preferred app, and save the changes straight back.

That can happen, but in Command Mode, system or app shortcuts that include modifiers usually still work.
