Move a Window to Another Display or Space

1. Enter Adjust Mode.
2. Hold Command and press a direction key to move the window to the adjacent display.
3. Hold Option and press a direction key to move the window to the previous or next Space.

The pointer remains under keyboard control, so you can continue with another command after the window moves.
