Move the Cursor to a Neighboring Element

When you enter Element Mode, the element under the mouse cursor is highlighted by default.

You can hold Space to enter navigation mode. In navigation mode, you can use the movement keys from Mouse Control Mode to move to a neighboring element, then release Space to confirm.

The same idea also lets you select the element under the cursor directly: enter navigation mode and release Space immediately.
