Jump to Favorite Mac Windows with Number Keys

Unlocked or active trial

Keep a frequently used window within easy keyboard reach by marking it as a favorite in Cursor Crane. Window Mode then gives that window a number you can use to focus it.

Steps

Section titled “Steps”
  1. Open Element Menu Mode for the focused window.
  2. Hold Space and choose Favorite Window.
  3. Later, enter Window Mode and press the displayed number for that window.

Cursor Crane focuses the favorite window and moves the pointer to its center.

What to check

Favorite window numbers are restored after restarting Cursor Crane, as long as those windows remain open. A window that is closed and reopened may receive a different number, so use the number currently displayed in Window Mode.
